An amazing and well thought out letter. Even if everything else is ignored I hope Bungie at least reads this and responds in some way shape or form. I was never a bungie fan. Halo was always ' meh ' for me, even when it was first released and very popular.
My friends got me into bungie, Destiny when it was first announced and told me how wonderful bungie was with communicating with their fans. I have to admit, my Bungie cherry was popped and i'm a little disappointed.
I still play Destiny and I still pray it continues to thrive and get better.

i have to 100% agree with this. i am always meh on halo games and this is my first Bungie game. Based on everything so far it's gonna be my last, but a lil piece of me is hoping that they (and maybe the game industry) will see their faults and look towards correcting these actions.
