The fact of the matter is ultimately they have reigns over this game they didnt have to give into pressure if they werent ready they should've said so we could've waited for them to make it as epic as possible I wouldn't have minded waiting a few more months to get what they originally intended. It would've been better than receiving the game I got in its present state honestly isn't worth more than about 30 bucks maybe less there are 20 dollar titles that sucked with better story lines than this and to get such a shitty story from one of the greatest story telling companies (imo) of the times. As I have said just fix what you did to us bungie your games future depends on it

Fixing a story can't be that easy. And I don't quite understand what was so broken about it. And I don't think Activision would let them delay the game again, by the way.

Also fixing the story may not be easy at all but they shouldnt have even released it in this state they should've had more respect for themselves and the customers to put out a product worthy of the bungie name not this diluted crap

See and thats just greed over ruling giving gamers a game thats worth playing thats what's wrong with the whole industry you used to have to sink everything you had onto your game because there wasnt such a thing a dlc and the games were great some lacked but for the most part they were complete. Now they abuse the dlc system to rob of us content that should come on the disc for everyone when they buy it. If you think the story on destiny makes any sense and or is good then my sir you must have a different version of the game from everyone else. The core elements in this game are incredible I love it. The story the lack of content and the overall feeling that bungie doesnt care is crushing. I mean the second week (xbox 360 not sure if its like this on others) they have salvage bounties almost everyday with no playlist making it so I cant do my dailys I mean come on how can you feel good about cheating us out of content and screwing us out of bounty points? I still believe in bungie and I think in the end they will make this right but until then im on the edge of regretting buying this game.

Bungie's storytelling started faltering, but even beyond that, they had no choice. If they tried standing up to Activision, they would've had their funding pulled. Then the game would be dead as a door knob.
