I've had those same three, and I'm also part way through Invective, having already done Juju and Thorn. I think you're right about Bounty milestones.

Yeah, I play with a friend all the time and he plays slightly more than me and we usually get exotic bounties around the same time, he got his earlier today while I just got mine now. So that's what I assume.

Me and my friend play about the same, but I do a lot more bounties. He hasn't had any Exotic bounties yet, but I've had three. Seems like we're on the right track with the milestone thing. I only hope my next one isn't one of those same three.
