Literally any time you need help with a strike or raid you can just come on the forums and make a post and you will have people helping you in minutes. Or you can join a clan and bam you have tons of people ready to play with you. The lack of matchmaking is a little irritating but it's completely feasible to work around it.

True I could use the forms. I will say part of the reasons I don't do many strikes is I prefer playing with people I've met and play with in game though without a chat system that's a bit hard. Also I have the worst luck when trying to get a group started in the forms lol

Easier difficulties of the raid can be created (strikes already have difficulty modifiers) and match making can be added. Same for weekly strikes. The easier it is to create/join a raid the happier the player base will be.
