As a Titan I can say this with absolute certainty, THAT THE FIST OF HAVOC IS A PANIC BUTTON! IT IS THE GREATEST PANIC BUTTON OF ALL TIME!

I disagree it's more hard to use then you think it takes time and taking damage to kill one or more yes if somebody got the drop on me and I hit the FoH it is a panic how any of the supers can be used as a panic?

Then you sir dont use shockwave on it. If you use shockwave with unstoppable it is hands down the best oh shit button in the game.

I use shockwave because that's the only thing I have and also unstoppable

As a Titan, FoH always works better when used on a group. Like other supers! Panic group kill is fun though.
