[b][i]In my personal opinion[/i][/b], Titans are the only class that need a serious revamp. I don't understand why the developers made a class that is supposed to be a "tank"; yet weild one hit KO moves, while the DPS class(Hunter) requires two melees to score a kill. (I see Warlocks as "Healers" with revive, and the fact that get double shields for meleeing or something with a blue bar over shields lol) Fist of Havoc is okay, but I'd like them to remove the "flying damage" that hits and kills people that completely dodges the [b]GROUND SHOCKWAVE[/b], by jumping up higher than the Titan's height as it hits the ground. (This also kills people on different floors) The range of it's AoE is bad enough(Keep this), because I do see people dying if they are further away than the animation. Another thing about Fist of Havoc that has to go are the "Aftershocks" that continue to hit after the initial smash. It's bad enough that Fist of Havoc can kill 6+ people/NPC at one time, while being unable to avoid. Also, remove the garunteed one hit melee that they have. Change it to two hits required, unless you hit them from behind. Are they panic buttons? Sure, but they can also be a game changer when a good amount of people are swarming an important objective, but with how easily it can hit, and how [b]impossible[/b] it is to dodge, they need a few small changes to balance it to fair gameplay. FoH is the only super I see being unfair towards others because it is [b]unavoidable[/b]. The Defender class is just fine to me, because it protects, and leaves shotgun opennings if people want to rush inside the bubble to fight. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For people saying every class has a panic button super is wrong. You can't "panic" out of a situation with Golden Gun or Bladedancer, because you HAVE to do it out of the enemies line of sight, or you are easily dead and lose that super(Unlike Titans and Warlocks if they haven't changed since Beta) My honest opinion is that Warlocks and Hunters are pretty balanced for PvP. Both require aim, have vulnerable points(Revive losing radar for a few seconds vs Activation Animaitons of GG/BD), and can be avoided if timed right. They can't one hit melee you, even with their special melees(Execption being Throwing knife if it hits them in the head). I'm probly missing a few points, or have information wrong, but that's what is seen in the Crucible concerning class specifics. [b][i]To be clear, I'm not expecting any changes, so I'll probly end up making a Titan when I reach lvl 29 or 30 and see if it's as OP as I encounter it.[/i] [/b]

  • Striker gets two useful abilities. FoH and Shoulder Charge. Shoulder Charge is a bad Shotgun half of the time. In fact, anyone with a brain can see them on the tracker and OHKO them if they have a Shotgun. What most people don't understand about Shoulder Charge, is that it is worse than just running at the target and hitting them with a Shotgun 90% of the time. You have to charge it, you have to sprint and you only get one shot. Making it a 2HKO to all but the back would make it 100% useless. No, really. It'd be completely useless. Why wouldn't I just run at them and melee them twice normally? Or use a Shotgun? Better yet, use a Bladedancer with Backstab for the same effect. Storm Fist already sucks because it has little benefit (2HKO to 2HKO, how useful!). FoH without it's vertical range and after shocks is just a crappy Nova Bomb. Great idea. Let's have everyone be able to simply jump to avoid a SUPER and kill the attacker. The shocks are very visible and only pulse THREE times. That's it. The whole ground is crackling electricity, if you can't avoid that, you deserve to die. It's supposed to overpower everyone in front of it. That's the point of the Striker. Even then, Shoulder Charge is mediocre against good players, Storm Fist is useless and Fists of Havok is generally wasted as a panic kill against one target. I stopped using Striker long ago. It's overrated.

  • You will be sorely disappointed. Bladedancer provides most reasonably skilled Hunters 10+ super kills a match. A Voidwalker can nuke an area just as efficiently as a Titan, but they can do it from a much safer position. If I can get 2 kills at once with FoH, I feel that I got good use out of my super... If I get 3...? I feel like I just banged Jennifer Lawrence. A Titan has to work for every kill. He has to work to even get into FoH range without being cut down. People do not huddle on points anymore. They hang back so they don't get wiped as a group. The panic portion of a Titan's power is the *only* benefit they have to there power. ...and even a Warlock can do that.

  • This is the truest statement I've ever heard. I <3 this dude. Here's the Situation: 3 enemies in an OPEN AREA. You are about 20 feet away. There is no cover. Super is charged. Voidwalker: Jump, Super, Triple kill. *Best choice Sunsinger: You'd need to close the gap, probably run over (Maybe get gunned down and die, lol.) and do some triple-grenade-oversheild action. At least a double, maybe triple kill, just a guess, I've never had the time to try that class for myself. Bladedancer: Run to them with exceptionally high agility, blink, (possibly get killed if you suck) super, and get a double/triple kill. A double at least. Gunslinger: Golden Gun, shoot shoot shoot, triple kill. Don't give me bullshit about it being "Hard to aim", that just means you suck at FPS. Defender: Nope... 0% chance of getting a super kill. Striker: Run, get gunned down, die. OR Run, super, it doesnt reach, die. If you have the Death from Above perk (Aimable super) Jump, Super, probably get a double, if they dont see you and snipe you first. ALL of these situations switch around if you are in a VERY close quarters room. Except Voidwalkers, they'll most likely still get the triple. It might just be my experience with it, but that thing is a Titan Super that's ranged. If what's bothering you is the "Unstoppable" perk, why are you mad at something for doing what it was intended to do? It is aptly named.

    I'd be totally okay with Titans all out losing "Fist of Havoc" If they actually MADE US INTO THE TANK CLASS THEY SAY WE ARE. Weakest melee abilities(FoH is a super, not a melee ab.) (That one hit melee doesn't exist. It only works when there's literally a sliver of shield left on a target.) Aftershocks are an ability for the havoc, you need to unlock it and have it equipped. Armor rating that, is at best, 100-200 higher than a Hunter or Warlocks(Which never factors into PvE or PvP) A melee-shield ability(defender) that requires us to KILL someone with said melee, as opposed to the Warlock's ability where they just need to land a HIT to get their overshield. The SLOWEST movement speed, which would be alright if we could actually tank. But oh wait, we cant. If you want to nerf the goddamned Striker's super, go ahead. But for the love of god actually give us an armor rating that means we can soak up damage, like a tank-class is INTENDED

  • One hit melee does exist for titan. It is called shoulder charge on the striker subclass. Must be sprinting to activate it.

  • Ah so you mean the ability that is in essence just a shotgun, and can be shut down WITH a shotgun. See a titan sprinting at you, raise shotgun, fire when in the ohk range. See enemy with shotgun, start sprinting towards him, do the same with shoulder bash, minus the ammunition, instead replace ammunition with a 5 second sprint that can be halted, as opposed to unstoppable bullets.
