So...you are stating that because you are in what...Q&A? Tester? that you know how software development works? lel. Just the blatant claims that this game is good by any means just makes me believe you aren't as qualified as you may think you are to be talking about how much "effort" went into this game. I see no hope for this game unless it is completely overhauled.

Destiny is an amazing game and I have respect for everyone that has worked on and contributed to it. The game has had a very rough start but I'm confident that in time, everything will be corrected. It may not be the way Bungie has originally planned it to but I'm certain that they will fix it in a way they see fit. Bungie still has my vote of confidence.

I feel you. I have a stepfather that I kept bothering him about this game when I was super hyped for it. I was not disappointed and I have super high hopes for the DLCs coming out. I even had tons of laughs (and grievances --blam!- those hobgoblins with solar modifier- with my friends.) People who complain and whine and bitch and they don't know the kind of hearts a person has while developing/playing this game. The brightest day I ever had was when it came out and I was instantly hooked AND in love. Now I have an insane memory with my new Bad Juju and loving this game even more. Point is. It's not the devs fault they can't cater to everyone on day one. It's those that bought themselves into the hype and are immediately disappointed. Same with TitanFall. However, seeing these complaints, rants, and bashes on the forums just breaks my heart and instantly upsets me because they want everything on Day 1 and that's not fair. That's being an insensitive, toxic, childish prick that the more mature side of this community are those that I want to hang out with. I want to see this game prosper but I don't want to see Bungie lose their vision like DICE did. Otherwise I think I'm going to tear up and literally cry because I have just as much passion for this game just like the devs. Keep up the good work Bungie! :D

And what proof by the quality of this core do you expect them to do so great in an expansion. Because I can say with full honestly this is the weakest core i've ever seen in a DLC based/expansion based game. It feels lazy, sloppy, and rushed like my 8th grade book reports. You can play devils advocate all you like. But what makes bungie so special that they deserve the defense. I've played indie games worth 20 dollars that felt more rewarding and complete than this core. They promised me a core game this feels like an expansion. So I have a basis for my anger and "rage" so you'd call it. What's your grounds for defending it "it's bungie so move on?" You know what happened to SEGA when they pulled this exact thing? They were sued in a class action lawsuit and lost. Why is bungie so special that you defend them rather than be mad at them for a clearly poor performance. I feel you're defense while noble isn't warranted. In fact it feels like you're trying to give an ordinary defense for an extraordinary situation. This is not the normal core game you come to expect for 65 dollars and the idea that you're trying to defend it just because friends can make any activity better is an insult to what people have come to expect from the gaming industry. You have your defense sir. But every defense requires a prosecution. Or else everyone is innocent and there's no justice for bad deeds. And destiny was clearly cut and butchered for financial aims. You may see it differently but everything works too well on a model scale to keep players busy for money purposes and minimum development. It all fits too well around this business model.

I like Destiny but "Have you seen this game? It is completely and utterly contained with some of the highest attention to detail I've ever seen in a game" this is just inacurate. For the most part the game is a barren wasteland. I'm bascially a casual gamer, but even I have played GTA's and TES and Fallout and whatnot. That is depth and attention to detail.
