Are you a PvE or PvP player?

PvE

71

PvP

9

Both. As was intended by Bungie.

76

Neither. Already traded in Destiny.

So with all the balance changes it seems that PvE exclusive guardians and PvP exclusive guardians have declared war on each other for who is to blame for Bungie's decisions. Am I the only one who finds these 'exclusive' player types to be completely ridiculous in their arguments? If you only want to enjoy half of the game then thats fine. But please don't be alarmed or blame people who play the other half of the game when a universal change is made. Has anybody looked at the trophies and achievements? Has anybody read the grimoire on the crucible and crucible maps? Has anybody noted faction rep and marks? Has anybody considered that getting an item from an engram for another class might be a hint for you to play as another class? Has anybody noticed that there are three character slots availible? Grow up people.

Whats with this "both, as was intended by bungie" option. There is definitely more emphasis on PvE. Crucible is unranked and for casual gaming, not to mention the weapons/perks unbalance it. I'v even had some people say to wait for the iron banner. . . ha. . . It's the same thing but is now loot dependent, which caters more to the PvE'ers.

PvE mainly, but I play PvP in my down time or when I am feeling bored. PvE is the main part of the game. PvP is simply for those who get bored or feel like they need to run around with their Shotgun/Fusion Rifle to feel better about themselves. God knows I love pissing people off in PvP, but I don't consider myself any better at the game because of it. My favorite thing about PvP is when people act as if the fact they are good at it somehow makes them better than anyone else despite the fact its just a secondary part of the game. GET GUUD BRUH I AM SO GUUD AT PVP YOU DONT EVEN KNO. lol easily the funniest part of the forums

      • I have a definite preference for PvE I actually an't stand PvP, or any other type of competitive multiplayer, I no longer enjoy it. I'll stick to the PvE, I could care less if it either fields get re balanced.
