I saw my first one yesterday when collecting helium filaments to do some upgrades. It was a loot chest in one of those doorless rooms not too far from the spawn point. I walked in there and saw it on top of the metal shelf. It glowed green and all but no prompt. Not even when I jumped right next to it. I felt like I was being teased. Lol. <_<
