Well PS+ right now kind of works the same way any non-free to play game you must pay for in order to play multiplayer, although you are allowed to access single player aspects of games (i.e. BF4 campaign, Patrol missions here, and certain modes in Watchdogs)

I'm not sure if you would be able to if it did happen because this would be something that is sent online through the system. Everyone would get the message and be notified of the event and if you don't have online functionality, I don't know how that would work. I'm not sure? My brain is confuzzled? D:

Alright lets just look at destiny Right now I can do anything in the game besides strikes, raids, and crucible. So would this involve anything like that, because it's a neat idea but there would be no point if not everyone could do it.

If you can do public events, I'm sure you could do this as well. :)

Ok because I'm currently not a fan of these bounties that are telling me to go do things in the crucible when I don't have PS+.
