They really need to address this. I've been maxed on vanguard marks since wensday. Having to wait a whole week to upgrade to legendary gear is annoying. Bump the cap or impose a 100 mark/day cap. I've been sitting on 123 marks for a week waiting to get to 150 for a primary weapon upgrade. Sad face.

No they don't because if their was no cap or it was daily you could easily get legendary armor and weapons from the vanguard/factions with almost no restrictions
