I'm declaring a bounty for the cryptarch. for weeks now he has swindled guardians out of hard-earned loot and crushed the hopes and dreams of many-a-player. he must be stopped, for his reign of misfortune and emtional destruction must come to an abrupt end. the first guardian to take out this heathen shall recieve the honors of being the first to have a legendary engram decoded by the new cryptarch, WITHOUT the chance of it becoming a lowly blue or gods forbid a green item. EDIT: I propose "stoning" him with his own green and blue engrams.
