Has nothing to do with "forcing" DLC. Geez, what happened to America and understanding you vote with your dollars? If enough people didn't enjoy it the game won't sell many copies and will be returned en masse forcing nearly zero interest for the DLC's packs in the future. Servers will begin drying up and the game will die in short order. OR - people will enjoy the game so much they willingly spend more money to continue to advance the story and character-building.
