We've had the same problem for days now. Makes raiding impossible and very frustrating for the person who can hear both, as they have to pass on messages.

Ok so I tried it yesterday and it worked. Today I brought my PS3 to a friends house to play in the same room and boom same problem. Ironically I could hear the friend playing next to me through the fireteam chat but not the other. Has anyone else encountered this?At first I thought it was something with being on the same network .

Yeah it's terrible. What's even worse is that it doesn't have an error code name so I can't catch bungie's attention.

If you can think of another way to get their attention, I'm happy to email/msg/courier pidgeon them. And I know a bunch of others who are pretty frustrated too, who will.

Sadly I've had no luck in locating an email. It looks like there is no dedicated customer service for destiny. The bungie help page only addresses possible network errors and internet connection issues. The other thing I can think of doing is trying to reach them via twitter @BungieHelp.

Ok, Ive tweeted them, I'll keep trying till I get a reply. The more people to do it, the quicker they'll notice I guess.
