Look man every damn reviewer said the same thing.
All of you jumping on the story bullshit are a bunch of needy children .
So the games fun, the game is awesome, got plenty to do. But man that story is horrible lets take 4 points off of it. Absolutely -blam!-ing ridiculous.

There are much more problems than just the story sop defending this game just because its by Bungie, they deserve every bit of criticism as any other developer.

Yeah, but just because they attempted to make a game of massive scale it was deemed mediocre. The gameplay is really good but somehow that's not enough for Destiny even though it is for Call of Duty.

Massive scale? GTAV blows this away. Remember this is before they sold so many copies.

GtaV is great, but that's because it's number 5. Remember what gta 1 was? I do, and for a beginning franchise, this is pretty good.

Power has nothing to do with creating the world, lore, assets, etc. This is why most superhero origin movies are okay, not great. They have to start somewhere. We still enjoy them, and we'll like the second one even more.

There are still some other valid points of criticism that should be considered. I agree with Joe on nearly every point but damn it doesn't keep me from playing the game.

Why? The gameplay is really good, which is enough for Call of Duty but not enough for Destiny despite all the features of Destiny? Destiny has flaws but they aren't game breaking, only below some peoples expectations. That's like if you try to do an extra credit problem on a test but get it wrong, so you lose points.
