I play a hunter and had 12 strange coins. Playing crucible with my friends and that final coin dropped in the nick of time and I snagged THE LUCKY RASPBERRY. Which is cool because, overall, I'm a huge fan of the berry family regarding fruits.

I had a similar lucky streak happen to me, although I only had 9 strange coins. I got 6 rare engrams from the loot farm on earth, traded them in and I got 2 strange coins. This levelled up the cryptarch so I got the reward package too, which then gave me another 3 so I had enough to buy the sunbreaker gauntlets! My faith in Destiny has been restored.
