So Microsoft this multi billion dollar company is able to buy Minecraft for $2.5 billion, but they're not able to hire other people to work on a PC version?

I don't think MS wants it to go to PC, they want to sell X1s and this is the best chance for them to do that. IMO, of course.

Even if they go to PC with Halo it may not affect them all that much. When you look at the games for the activity chart most of the games on it are games that can also be played on the PC. I think it's safe to say that most of the people that are playing on the console don't have a PC that's able to play it. I think the same thing will be the case with Halo. There’s going to be people that switch over to PC, but there’s still going to be a number of people that are buying it for the console since it’s cheaper. For the release of the games they don’t have to have the same dates. The console version can come out first and once the newer game is out the previous game comes out for the PC. That way the sells are not affected that much. With the case of the MC collection I don’t think it’s going to be selling all that many Xbones. Every game for it is already on the 360 or playable for it. And the release for it is close to Halo 5 so there’s going to be people waiting on that instead. With the PC on the other hand it’s mostly likely going to sell far better since Halo 3 and 4 aren’t on the PC.
