Someone posted a pic of him selling strange coins and elements. Anyone know if you have to be a certain level to see that or was it an old offering?

It appears that was discontinued almost immediately. Seems like it may have been added in error or put in earlier than they originally planned. I managed to purchase the one coin I needed to get my item, but when I went back after work the option was no longer available and people were posting that they didn't see the option at all.
