I agree with all the above. Biggest argument about the caps is that people don't want other players to get an unfair advantage over others... Which is ridiculous logic since PvP removed all the level shit any ways so it doesn't really matter if your super epic gun does x amount of damage because the level 4 on the other time who has the same gun will do the same amount. I don't know if voice chat in the tower would work but some sort of type chat would be nice. And for sure you should automatically get chat when you do matchmaking, why this isn't already there now I will never understand.
