That's both the beauty and problem of this game, its a hybrid that has elements of mmo and fps put into one. When you have something like that, you have a mix community of people who are use to either one or the other (MMO or FPS) and may not understand certain concepts or things like farming and whatnot. If you actually listen to most of the complaints, it has a lot to do with gameplay styles they are not use to.
