Sparrow and blacksmith shader not transfering
Hi, I just picked up my copy of Destiny yesterday and got my Red Sparrow and my Advanced Warfare Blacksmith Armor Shader. I typed in the codes and found them in my mailbox at the tower. Once I created a second character there was no mail and no Sparrow or Shader in my inventory. How can I get these on my new characters?

Is anyone else having this problem? And what happens if I delete my first character? Will I loose my preorder gifts?
