ive had the same problem, i got all my vangaurd marks but no rep! ur right it needs fixed, i keep telling them every day since the last update! it killed earning anything or doing bounties, i even have the same rep problem with crucible, played days worth of time and havent earned a single point of rep, i got my marks but no rep!
