APOLOGIZING?? I GET KICKED EVERY TIME I PLAY.
I've completed all of the steps bungie told me to, still gettin error codes all day, can't even play crucible it kicks me before the game is over
THE WORST PART IS THEY CANT EVEN OWN UP TO IT THEY JUST SAY ITS MY FAULT
MY NAT IS OPEN
MY PORTS ARE FORWARDED
I CAN PLAY A 64 PERSON BF4 GAME
THIS IS NOT MY FAULT AND BUNGIE IS LEAVING ME STRANDED
WHAT THE -blam!- DO I HAVE TO BE GRATEFUL FOR, THEM TAKING MY 60$ AND SHOWING NO SUPPORT??

New router, new service...take your pick. I invest in good service so I can enjoy my online time. It costs a little more but I've never been kicked or had an issue. 4mb download speed isn't going to cut it on next Gen or a cheap 30 dollar router. Upgrade and it will solve your problems.

It's not even that. I have ps4 and 360 version. Ps4 works fine, 360 gives me about 5 min before I get errors. I also have good quality internet.

Come on man... not everyone has the luxury of being able to switch providers at the blink of an eye or the cash aside to buy a $150 router for one game, even though some people may not have the best technology available it shouldn't mean they can't play a game... I'm having a similar issue as to this individual and have done everything in my power to solve the problem from port forwarding to changing nat types on my $80 router (since price means so much to you). Also, next gen doesn't mean shit to anyone you cum guzzling f***tard, "ohhhhh, it's next gen so you have to spend a crap ton on internet speed and a router". Doesn't mean a damn thing. Let's also keep in mind how many people are having issues connecting to the game as opposed to saying how millions are able to connect ZeroAvix... I can play any other game I want online on my ps4 other than destiny... My fault? I THINK NOT.

My router came with my service and is just fine. I used to have issues with old router and service and upgraded. All my issues stopped. So before you take it personally and start shouting profanities, maybe that is his issue. And no, your not going to be able to stream a game with that much content well unless you have decent service. I didn't say top of line, I'm saying decent. Calm down killer.

I'm very calm, the profanity is for onlookers comedic relief (nothing personal). But he stated directly that he can play BF4 online with no interruption... you have to have a decent connection for that. And as far as saying that upgrading will fix the problem, how do you know that its not an issue with the system itself? I'd say stick to browsing the forum as opposed to trying to be a support man...

Millions of people are playing the game, yet it is Bungie's fault that you are getting kicked? I'm sorry, as someone who works support, it is most likely something with your network setup. Maybe you should start looking into what may be causing this to happen on your side and go through the appropriate troubleshooting?

Has nothing to do with router settings. I have ps4 and 360 version. Ps4 works fine, 360 gives me about 5 min before I get errors. I also tinkered around doing the port opening, static ip and all that jazz. So I don't think it to make sense that my internet is works fine with ps4 but not 360.

It could be your internet that gets you kicked because I normally never get kicked but when I ran out of internet and it was shaped I started getting kicked left right and centre... Couldn't even get into the tower.

You may already know this but wifi is not your friend when gaming. If you havent tried a wired connection then i recommend it.
