When did gamers become babies? Uh, when developers start putting out half assed crap. Play Divinity: Original Sins. Play the original Fallout games. Play the original thief games. Play San Andreas. Play the original HALO. Play the original COD games. Play the original Medal of Honor games. You're bringing up Mario, I bring up those games. Those games didn't require $500 million yet they easily have more content and an overall better experience. Here you are complaining about people being babies, but it's really people like YOU who are the problem. You become complacent and you will take WHATEVER these devs crap out and you'll force yourself to take it and enjoy it. But seriously, play a game like Divinity: Original Sin, whose budget is only $1 million. Destiny's budget was 500 times more and yet it managed to fail in every aspect. How in the hell is that even possible

Not sure why so many people are trying to jump ship on the game already. There is so much to the game that even people geared to the teeth haven't explored or seen. They stated they wanted this to become a 10 year series. There is already a designed first DLC and a scheduled second one. These won't be like cod DLCs where the level stays the same and you just get to run around a new map or two. The level cap will be raised with everyone, more content and gear will be added, and new challenging end game content will be introduced as well. When a company's intentions are to extend the life of a game, they cannot just put it all out at once for everyone. Can players not be a bit more patient and realize that $500 mil didn't go to just this part of the game?

  • man... the production can cost double or triple it did but you dont have to pay one more cent than any other new release. and you are right those games have far more content, but they doesnt have servers working 24 hours with any lag problems (at least for me) and just some errors in pvp connection. you are just overlooking everything that doesnt benefits your hate for the game

  • CoD was created by a small group from Medal of Honor. They branched off and made CoD. Have no clue why that was important. Although, here is the important part, games are not good by the amount of money they have made. It seems like you're saying good games are the ones that make shit tons of money, which in fact is meaningless crap. If you're not enjoying Destiny. Get off. Sell it. Don't play it. It's that simple. If you're gonna say it sucks cause it didn't make enough money, the rating sucks, or some other senseless reason then just stay away from the community cause that's just stupid. This all of course cause it seemed like you said it sucks cause it didn't make enough. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

  • Half the reason the game sucks is because you don't allow your self to like it.
