Some exotics are 13. Others are 23. And then he gives the option of an exotic engram if you want to chance it with the cryptarch for 23 as well

Do you think you are assured an exotic if you take the engram? Would be pretty cheeky otherwise!

Like all other engrams I'm pretty sure it's a chance thing. But a higher chance than normal. But I honestly don't know. Didn't look at the details on the engram to see what it rewards. Not sure if you noticed but every engram will show what it has a chance to unlock. On Friday let's go check out the vendor and see first hand
