Agree completely. The backbone of the engram problem is that when you reach level 20 you level up with light, which is larger in rarer items, causing people to NEED rarer armour. The levelling up system is ridiculous. Legendary engrams should be rarer but always produce legendary or exotic goods. Everyone should get a drop in PvP but receive more consumables or items. You should NOT need rarer items to level up.

i think you misunderstand the light system dont think of it just as a leveling system but more as a gear score system wich fit perfectly the game in my opinion + its only normal that when you reach lvl max you should be looking to improve your gear i dont understand you point of view.
