My friend on the PSN network (Waffleyy) returned home from work and found himself banned. He restarted his Playstation, and it still has not gone away. There is a definite error on Bungie's side. I implore them to look into his account and correct said mistake. This is a social game, and I feel like I'm being robbed of that by my friend's arbitrary ban. I am confident that Bungie will be able to solve the issue.
He is not guilty of network or console manipulation, trash talk, or any kind of offense. Bungie' policy seems to give no recourse for those who are banned because their policy is that "only the guilty are punished with a ban." Yet they are mistaken. I advocate for rectifying this dilemma. Thank you.

Did the same to me and I don't play the multiplayer. I just play the missions by myself so it does not make a lot of sense.
