On top of this if it's a purple engram it SHOULD NOT ALWAYS BE PURPLE the reason being is because PURPLE is difficult to obtain I've had about 25 PURPLE engrams but would it be fair if I got all PURPLE from them? No it really wouldn't

I completely understand purple items should be few and far between. So lower the drop rate. A purple item rolling blue or green is just a disappointment. Purples should roll purple and the drop rate should be adjusted.
