Bungie... you have so many mixed messages in your game, one of them, the pvp end game loot system. You (Seemingly) randomly reward people loot in the end game pvp loot system. This is weird since one of the things Bungie likes to say is that WE WANT PEOPLE TO EARN THERE LOOT. This is why there is no trade or marketplace system. So why the hell is someone who owning in a pvp match all the way around with a 6.0 gets nothing, and the noob who literally got 0 kills and 18 deaths gets a legendary engram. My only guess is to keep pvp noob friendly so that EVERYONE has a reason to play. This is stupid. And also goes back on what you already say. I honestly would rather they give no loot at all at the end, then to reward somepeople for doing nothing and give nothing to people who do everything.
Forgive my ranting, just had to get it out
My suggestion for you to keep pvp noob friendly with loot would be to make Players drop random loot RARELY like the AI do in the rest of the game, that way it feels random and grindy like the rest of the game.

There's not a lot of positive energy in your thoughts. So someone who did worse than you got better loot than you. There's no need for the jealous rage, your time will come just as theirs did at some point. I've seen plenty of players high up on the scoreboard get great rewards, and some at the bottom get great rewards; while I'm in the middle getting hee-haw! It's the beauty & curse of the RNG, a double-edged sword, if you will. In the end everyone wins; so is it THAT bad?
