The health is fine, it's only shotguns, fusion rifles, snipers and heavy weapons which insta kill. Supers too. But if the special ammo got toned down tree would be less of those deaths

Yes but with increased health u would actually have fire fights and strategies involved. Not just run around like chickens with thier heads cut off
