It obviously sucks for all of us but its nice knowing I'm not the only one with problems. That it seems like there aren't any solutions for us. Im at a private college in Iowa and like you guys have said there is nothing we can do. I really hope they are trying to update it for us but if not what the hell are we going to do? I have had the game since Friday and struggled to download it for three or four days. Finally figured out how to download it via dashboard and was going to recommend it to other players. However started creating my player and got kicked by caterpillar. Tried again and got kicked. Decided to past all that to try to get in the game and got kicked in there. Now all I have to be greeted by constantly is the familiar words of, "I hope you know how to use that thing" which is where I always start in the game now when you first get a gun. Not sure what to do anymore

I'm literally going through the same exact thing! I bought it the day after it came out for my 360 and tried to download it for like 2 days. I go to the University of Valley Forge in Phoenixville, PA, so I can't do anything about the ports. Finally I asked a friend who didn't live on campus to take my xbox home with him and download it; he said it literally only took about 20 minutes. I still can't make it through the opening mission; I keep getting the caterpillar error. I've that line about using the gun literally 100 times! Fix this please Bungie, there's nothing else I can do and I just spent 60 bucks on this!

Zrea, I don't know what to do anymore. I am getting close to a week of having it and I haven't logged 15 minutes into the game. It's hilarious and frustrating that it saves your level of your character but it doesn't save how far you get into the level. Hell if you can't make it work today I might as well not even try lol

Surely this isn't something Bungie can ignore with so many people having the issue. They must be working on it, right? I don't foresee my game working today, but hopefully within the week it will...

I'm sorry but this doesn't seem like an easy fix. I mean I'm pretty patient for this. I have always been a halo guy and just the fact it's something new I will wait but the question isnt when it will be fixed but if it will be fixed.
