I found out how aha its very silly of me all you have to do is beat about all but the final mission on moon and you get venus

I just got an answer on this topic. ---------------------- Yes, there are certain missions on every planet that only pertain to the story, they will be highlighted more than others. Just follow those, until you get a cutscene from a guardian inviting you to venus, complete the rest of the mission, then you can go to that planet. The same goes for mars. -----------------------
