My son was banned and I'm fairly upset about it
I am this players mother, yes he is just 14 and plays with my agreement and supervision and I am horrified that he spent $100 + of his saved birthday money to buy this game online (so can't get anything back to on sell the disc) and the makers of this game have seen fit to ban him without warning or even explanation! It is my play station and it has not been changed or had anything done to it and for gods sake he's 14 and clearly not a hacker, just a player trying to achieve levels and other challenges set by the game! He waited months for this game and has spent many hours over the last week playing it and has been banned for reasons unknown. The explanation says that he did something seriously wrong....... He did nothing of the sort. It is not Ok for this company to take (essentially my) money and ban with no explanation nor any chance (according to their website) of a review. Really...... Not ok. I require them to provide an explanation and/or a refund immediately or I will seek further justification as this is an unbelievable and shocking error on their behalf.

So let me get this straight. You got banned and you think the best course of action is to pretend to be your mother and complain about it on the Bungie forums. Grow up. If you truly believe you have been banned unjustly. Which is unlikely in my opinion, you need to contact Bungie or Microsoft or Sony depending on who has issued the ban. Purchasing the software then intentionally contravening the terms of use does not entitle you to a refund under law. Some companies issue refunds in similar circumstances out of goodwill but usually only when there is doubt over the circumstances. Have a nice day.

Why defend someone that is clearly in the wrong? Yes it's your son but he has obviously done something he shouldn't have and has been punished for it. Well done Bungie keep up the good work.

Hello. I see a lot of people with this problem. If you want a refund. Than contact sony online support chat. The employees are nice and youll get a refund. They offered me a refund because i lacked one small dlc in the form of a ship.
