What about the voids embrace, maintains that sorta holy travelers light vibe while getting rid of the whole solar thing

  • Yeah, now that I think of it, my argument isn't that quite the ability name it is the specific element name: Void. It means empty. Why name something describing a light magic Void? It should be Nova, or something like that. On the other hand, there is more that we don't understand about this universe than we do, so this name challenges our current understanding of light. I may just be being stubborn to the fact that this is just a name. In a metaphorical sense it is fantastic though, considering the night is darkest just before the dawn. Ward of Dawn could just mean that "this ability sheds light on an otherwise dark situation". And on that note, Bungie, you win this time. P.S. please keep tweaking the defender class. It has its strength but the mechanics of Ward of Dawn seem a bit wonky. Like supers popping our Ward, AND killing whoever is in it at the same time. Its happened to me 2 times, once a warlock nova bomb, and once a titan fist of havok. Kind of no point in using it at those moments. I'm not saying make it cancel everything out, just a little more effective doing its job.
