Well, it's in game, and from the map in the "Tower" section on here, it shows different buildings, and such. It's obviously speculation, But it just think there might be something behind it, just like the Iron Banner Event area out in the front of Tower.

I was thinking the same thing. It'll probably open for different events and such.
