Would like to contact bungie via email. It's not for technical support or anything. Not even looking for a specific employee. Just wanted to send something to them. How would I do this?

2 RepliesI would like to know how you are supposed to complete the Jolly Holliday. I started the evening at 36% in the crucible kills with the last word. I actually made it to 96% and am now back down to 61% and dropping steadily. I have been doing it for about 5 hours.. I don't play the crucible, i don't think it is any fun. Some people are great at it. They study the maps and they have teams. I don't like the lag, some matches are fair, most arent. I was losing by 4,000 to 5,000 points a match. There was no way to come out of it in a positive way. I don't care to put a team together and work on this for weeks. Some have suggested just cheat, find some friends go in together and shoot each other in the head. Is this what you intended? Was it intended that only the elite few obtain these exotic weapons? I don't get it and would love it if someone could explain it. How do people end up with heavy weapon ammo before it is even available? Do you know, and better yet do you care?

You could probably try tweeting someone at the company with a picture of what you're trying to send. Try putting this in the #Help section, maybe someone there knows an email.

But when i went on my xbox one i couldn't download it like i did withe the other two down in the past. Why is this? It's bad enough it was $40 for it. but why can'y we a lease have it for both systems? Bungie you can cut us a break we play hard on the game

Here it goes.. Took my team 1hr to kill daughters in hard mode and the result was 4guys got the reward and 2guys didn't get anything. I just saw a green smoke and i was getting burned by that so was the other guy. -blam!-in feels like i wasted an hour for nothing. Seriously Bungie!?

your updates sucks because we are playing the house of wolf and every time we open chest we only get one item and spin metal which we don't need I have like a 1000 spin metel already. we are 4 players and this is not good for any one also you only give blue ingrams and when you turned it in you get crap. yesterday I turn in 33 ingrams and I have 3 coin and the rest is crap this is not right.

4 RepliesDear bungie, I have been playing destiny since it launched+the beta. I did everything almost every week. A week ago a friend of mine got a ps4 plus destiny. He became lvl 23 and me and some friends helped him do the raid(vog). At the gorgon chest he got the gjallarhorn. I dont have a gjallarhorn. Maybe its an idea to change the way rng works or sell gjallarhorn for 100 or more coins. P.s. i love your work keep it up, I just got a little upset.

The reason it is so hard to get these guys is the game is full of bugs (ALOT of bugs) and they know they will be inundated with calls and emails and messages. I have messaged BNGHelp0, BNGHelp1, the dev team and the email in this forum but i bet i don't even get a auto response lol

1 ReplyI had my red death locked when I told my girlfriend (mistakenly) that she could delete one of my characters to start her own. The red death went along with it. makthedak3. Is there anyway for you guys to look into that to see that I'm telling the truth? Thank you very much for your time. Oh and I'm in the military if that helps with the whole integrity and honesty part.

3 RepliesI've beaten crotas end raid 3 times every week since the dlc came out. Its ridiculous how everyone I play with gets the gear I want but I get nothing for any of my charecters. I have 2 level 31 warlocks and a new 27 titan that took me 24 hours to get there and I do all this to get max rank and you play with me like this. If it keeps up ill never buy a bungie game or nor will my friends

I reached a 100 crucible score. I worked pretty hard on it. Next 2-3 hours it won't give the achievment to me. I contacted Microsoft and they said it wasn't a console issue, it must be the game. The admin sent me a case number Angel: at 22:09:42 Here is your case number Mike: 1286131953
