The old Wipeout game from PS has this feature - you already own your playlist so it is not infringing on anything. It was one of the Ghost Templates we had in one of my Expanded series topics. There is no legal problems. Just allow players to connect a device and upload music to the game/console and then listen to that music through use of your ghost (back button and d pad to skip pause and play)
