Exactly what it says. Salvage is one if the crucible match types. You have to capture / defend relics. You cap a relic, get a point towards your bounty.

i'm lvl22 and still didn't show up. is it a timed/weekly event or what?

They start popping up once you do one match in each crucible match style

Done every crucible match type, still no Salvage match. If anyone hears a way to complete this, please let me know!

It only when you start afterwards its an event but i dont know what the schedule is.
