My issue is that people who don't do near as much work are rewarded legendaries and exotics ... i don't see how that works out.

I led the team to victory with 33 kills and 11 assists and was at our bases 24/7 in a 3v6 match. .. my team had 3.... and the person with 12 kills got a rare and an Exotic

Thats a real piss off i get more annoyed when i do 90% of the damage in a strike mission and people cant figure out to shoot enemies in their critical spots. Randoms have always been bad in public matches its just icing on the cake they win the lottery too. But at the end of the day i gurantee no rookie is gonna kill a veteran even with full exotics. Skill > Gear

True. But exotics give good attributes... and deal a lot of damage. But Iron Banner will show the nubs.

In regards to iron crucible they have no business being there. Crucible is where they belong considering level disadvantages are off. If i see scrubs complaining in the iron banner ....... Then lol im done
