Just curious as I think this is the least talked about subclass.
I jumped straight to it when I reached level 15. I was a little bummed when I found out my upgrade points don't transfer subclasses but after levelling it up a bit I've fallen in love with it.
The sheer amount of damage you can put out is incredible. My friend was in awe when he saw me go to town with radiance, so much so he's gone and made a warlock himself.
So, to sum up, we need more sunsingers up in here.

I got the self revive perk, used it when team wiped at like 10% health on final boss, got 2 friend requests soon after
-
Yep I love the class. At first it seems a bit weak but you can tank like crazy later on. All the solar damage makes dealing with the hive easy.

I started my warlock early today, since lvl 2 i went straight to it, looks kool. Question tough, does super onky speed up the cd of nade and melee? Or what else does it do with no perks?
-
Level 26 Sunsinger here. I switched to SS right when I unlocked it and never switched back to Voidwalker again.

Edited by AkiCar9599: 9/16/2014 4:40:36 PMhey guys what kind of builds are you putting for your sunsingers. In terms for both the agility/recovery/armour passive buffs as well as the strength(melee)/discipline(grenade)/intellect(super) gear builds? just trying to get an idea for what really suits the sunsinger for when i make mine and join a faction.
-
Working on completing it now, void walker is done.
-
Yes lol I am here
-
I love my sunsinger
-
What is your build that allows you to do so much damage? I switched to Sunsinger as soon as I could also but was let down by it. During radiance I can spam at least 7 grenades or so, takes about a second to cool down, but even so I feel like my Voidwalker was far more devastating.
-
I'm giving it a shot... I just started using it yesterday, and I'm up to the perk where you buff teammates near you and speed up their cool downs.
-
I am a Sunslinger. I like the protection aspect of it. Shielded from damage at times is nice. And the shield bonus I give to my close by team mates is amazing. Looking forward to leveling it up a bit VtxR - PS3

About to start, any tips on it for pvm and pvp?

Let the sun engulf my enemies and their hopeless dreams.
sunsinger for days!
Sunsungers are amazing, I was pretty adamant going into Destiny that I was not going to waste my time on them but on a whim one late night I gave it a shot. When I got my grenades and threw my first one in to a crowd I was damn impressed, as I started getting more skills and finally my super I realized the outrageous potential of the class. The limitlessness of throwing out 10 sunsinger grenades is mind boggling! Right now in a strike with a team that is getting overwhelmed and I can completely turn the tide of the entire battle with a single special giving everyone defense buffs and 5 grenades. I am not even half done with my skills and I already am on par with the other classes maxed out. All I have to say is Sunsinger for life!
-
Sunsinger for days! Throwing all my super charged nades all over the place
-
Right here Guardian. I love it, it is amazing for sure.
-
Uhhhhhh Yeah! ... Hell yes! There's no better feeling in pvp after you go down while you watch 2 guys dance over your dead ghost only to fireborn right back to life and toss 4 solar grounds everywhere and watch everyone burn in your own personal solar hell!!
-
Sunsinger here!!! I love it it's awesome!!!
-
Sunslinger here and loving it... Sometimes it's the only way our group can get through strikes due to the Rez after death feature. As long as you remember to keep a full bar of radiance. :) 2 grenades is also handy especially in pvp.
