I would LOVE to get a response from them on this. I tweeted them about it yesterday too. Played all the games back to Marathon, and been on B.net since H2. I also haven't figured out what the heck "Inner Circle" is, unless they changed the name and icon and forgot to tell Deej.

I was able to confirm today - Inner CIRCLE is the emblem you get for having a limited edition version of the game. You can test this yourself by uninstalling the digital content pack (at least, that's how it works on XONE, not sure on the other platforms) and see your limited ship, ghost, and Inner Circle disappear. Install the content pack, and you get them again :)

I thought that the LE emblem was the Vanguard one...that's what I've found elsewhere. I haven't seen that many Inner CIRCLE emblems; I would've thought there would be more if it was simply tied to the LE purchase. Also, it's a Legendary emblem; something else I wouldn't expect from a purchase-perk. Would really be nice to get Bungie's official answer. Someone HAS to know; THEY made it!

Hey there. Vanguard Honor is what you get from having the pre-order Vanguard Armory code. Inner Circle is for the LE purchase, and yes, it is a legendary item, but so are the ship and ghost that you get from the LE purchase so it all makes sense. And like I said, you can test it yourself now if you have an LE product.

Inner Circle is the Limited Edition emblem, I think.
