I've found this with other games as well. Its a side effect of the multitasking functionality of the OS. after you're finished playing, hit the guide button to go home, then while highlighting the preview tile, press menu (start) and choose the quit option. This will reset the program so it loss properly next time and will avoid this problem.

  • That worked for me! Thanks for the tip, I'm not sure why it's glitchy on audio but at least I can get back to the game now.

  • The fix that works for me doesn't involve quitting the game. I just press the guide to go home, and then go straight back into the game. The audio comes back every time...

  • I had exactly this problem and it was driving me nuts. What a stupid problem. You pretty much have to be lucky to find the fix. When you fire up the console all of the little beeps, etc, work fine and then no audio from the game. It may be a "side effect of the multitasking functionality of the OS", but in my book it's just crappy design (or very poor QA). You need a secret decoder ring to get the audio in the game to work more than once ;-( Thanks guys for the "code".
