Hey BoneHunter9, Unless you actually signed in to Bungie.net before we switched over to our new site, you didn't actually have a Bungie.net account. While your stats were still all tracked to your Xbox Live gamertag, there might not have ever been an actual Bungie.net profile linked to your Xbox Live account credentials. If you did have a Bungie.net profile (the thing you used to make posts and whatnot, not just a page with your gamertag and stats), make sure you are signing in with the same Xbox Live/Microsoft account you used prior to the switch in 2013. Looking at your halo.bungie.net profile, I'm suspecting that you are not on the same Microsoft account for the profile linked to BoneHunter 9F. If you want your Bungie.net legacy stuff to show up, you need to log in to whatever you used for BoneHunter 9F. If this is the case, this is not a bug. Rather, this is a case of not using the correct account.

 • I can't transfer any of your codes. If the items you wanted to retain are now on your characters ingame, you can move your current Microsoft account to the Bungie.net profile you want with the help of our account linking/unlinking guide. Follow the instructions very carefully, however. You don't want to accidentally orphan an account you wanted to keep.
