I believe the Special Items vendor at the tower has those if you haven't already checked. Otherwise, could be an issue they are working on or possibly because the game hasn't officially launched yet.Who knows?

I got my extra ghosts and ships in the mail bit, I got 3 ghosts (all the same type) and one ship as well as 2 emblems there - vanguard gear still seems to be missing though - can't see where I am supposed to be buying the special weapons that were mentioned when I saw the pre-order bonus. You also seem to be able to purchase the extra ghosts/ship from the special items section as well - I also got two different emblems there (seems to cost 1 g for the ship and 50 g for the ghost) This is on X1
