  • I don't know...for quite some time now i've just wanted to go somewhere far from here to wander around and leave everything behind me for a while. The sadness and weight in my chest I feel every now and then is sort of new, I have no real sense of the reason behind that part.

  • not trying to be an ass but... are you having problems in socializing with others or are you awkward to talk to? having problems at home that you don't want to be a part of? lonely and need someone to give an honest shit?

  • Now that's the problem when I think about why I might be feeling this way...i've really got no problems, i've got an easy home life, a list of friends I can contact if I need 'em, close family, and a girlfriend i've been with for nearly three years. The only things I have to deal with are college courses and a part time job, it's not too much to handle. The worst thing that's happened to me recently was in last November and that was something i've come to terms with at this point...or at least I feel I have. All in all I don't understand it myself. My emotions go high and low for no reason and sometimes I don't feel like I can keep track of my own thoughts. Pardon me if I sound like i'm complaining, I try to avoid doing so. And don't worry about sounding like an ass, I understood why you'd be asking those things.

I don't have it but I have had sever depressive disorder and schizophrenia. You need to get that sorted out mate. See your local doctor soon.

  • Consider seeing a psychologist, sounds like a bit of depression/ anxiety maybe. Steady exercise might be good too, always helps me sleep better/ focus on things...

  • It's funny you mention that, lately i've been doing more exercise than I have been. I've started doing forty squats, sit ups and push ups every day in two sets of twenty for each. I already take long walks at night with my dog, but I might start jogging soon with my girlfriend since she's trying to be more active again. And psychiatric help is my last resort, but i'll seek it if I need to.

  • well, your mind might be replaying the scenario to see what you could have done instead of what you did, and by doing so you feel bad about what you did or didn't do. do you want to tell me about last november in a PM? or is it more of a personal matter I shouldn't know about.

  • It's something a lot of people here who know me already know. Since I frequented this site so much and have been here for years I came here for support at the time, I turned to everyone I could considering there was no such thing as too little at the time. I will mention the matter over PM to avoid bumping this thread, though. I don't wish to have a whole conversation here and be seen as an inconvenience to anyone else.
