The joy of a deed comes from doing it, not from recognition (which is still nice). Don't let others' perceptions of you define who you know you are and who you want to be. Sometimes people regardless of age only see a stereotype but you can't let that get to you. "It matters not who you are, only what you'll become." Prove them wrong, or leave them to their close mindedness.

That's pretty deep. How my teachers see me does kinda matter, but I do get what your saying.

You're definitely right it does. We are who we are partly because of whom we associate with, and who teaches us. It's a tough situation to be in but don't lose hope. University at least isn't like that all the time.

Wow... Please do not take offence Death. I truly find it overwhelmingly apparent the difference in your age and experience, through your writing styles. SmrtAngel3702 you present your self as one with incredible writing talent, I would expect nothing less then perfect, and stunning essays.
