Did you use your PSN credentials to log in to Bungie.net? If so, does your friends list fail to load immediately or does it take a while (> 1 hour)?

It doesn't do it automatically like it keeps it there then after a while it(couple hours) it says no friends online

This is a problem with PSN authentication. After a certain amount of time (~1 hour), PSN will expire your session despite you still being signed in to Bungie.net. Once this happens, Bungie.net cannot access your friends and fails to display them. We are looking into what can be done to alleviate this problem, but for the time being the only way to fix this is to log out of the app and log back in to refresh your PSN session.
