There is! In order to do this, look up on the top right and click your icon and then click profile. On the bottom left panel you will see icons for news, legend, ect. and at the bottom you will see a "... More" one. move your mouse over it, click user research, and fill out the form. Please note that game testers are always possible, but not very likely. However, user research will help Bungie determine what kind of gamer you are none the less which the do take into account when developing games. Hope that answers your question.
