I've been sleeping terribly lately. I normally sleep straight through from about 10pm to 8-9am (as I'm not currently into work, I've just left college). Yet as of late I'm still unable to sleep by 4am or later. Any tips from others? Besides the usual warm milk thing, milk doesn't mix well with me before bed :(

Going to the bed after a heavy work out at the gym will put you to sleep like a baby.

Nice to see a reasonable suggestion xD I've just started a calisthenics workout from home so hopefully il see a change :)

Try and stay awake. And inebriation helps
