The Titan I can see causing a huge nova maybe disintegrating near enemies while blinding and burning ones further away.
The Hunter I imagine would have some sort of support class since the others have a support class. Not sure what this could be. Maybe a short speed increase for reloading, fire rate, jumping, etc.?
The Warlock, I have no idea to be quite honest. I'm awaiting the surprise.

Perhaps, but that seems like something solar related. I assume, that each class will have one of each type of "element" being solar,void, and arc magic. Based off of the subclasses we currently know, I speculate that: The Titan will have a solar skill. Hunter, a void skill. And the Warlock, an arc related skill. As I said, pure speculation and nothing more.

Interesting... I wouldn't mind seeing this. It'd be cool to see some of the different abilities you could make it have.
